Welcome to your sandbox page. To get more comfortable navigating the new site, here is a list of tasks to practice common edits you will need to do:

  1. Go to the Wikipedia page of your favorite zoo animal. Add the link to the Wikipedia page to the Related Block. Title the link with the name of the animal. 
  2. Go to the text box. Remove the existing text, then add a sentence about why you like your favorite zoo animal. 
  3. Go to the Accordion. Add a new accordion item using the name of your favorite zoo animal for the title field. Add a text box to your new accordion item that lists a fun fact about your favorite zoo animal.
  4. In the Accordion, delete the accordion item labeled Cheetahs. 
  5. Delete the Pull Quote at the bottom of the content list. 

 

Lions are one of the most widely recognized animal symbols in human culture. The lion has been extensively depicted in sculptures and paintings, school mascots, national flags, and in contemporary films and literature. 

Fun Facts About Animals at the Zoo

Lions spend much of their time resting; they are inactive for about twenty hours per day. Although lions can be active at any time, their activity generally peaks after dusk with a period of socializing, and grooming.

The cheetah lives in three main social groups: females and their cubs, male "coalitions", and solitary males.
