Grades

You will be notified by email when your grades have been posted to your transcript and are available to view on Student Services Online.

Grades are posted within 24 hours of submission by the instructor. In general, most grades are posted one to two weeks after final exams.

If you are concerned about a missing grade, please check with the instructor or with the department that offers the class.

Note: Grades for students in the Medical School and the Dental School are posted on an annual basis, at the end of each academic year.

Exams

The Final Exam Schedule is available shortly after midterms have concluded. Prior to its availability, you should consult the Projected Exam Schedule.

Students are not permitted to change their exam schedule in order to accommodate travel plans. However, students who have a final exam scheduled for December 23 and for whom remaining on campus for this purpose would create undue hardship are permitted to petition for permission to reschedule that exam. Such students are referred to their school adviser for guidance.

If you have trouble locating your class on either list, contact your instructor to make sure that your class has an exam. If you are certain that your class has an exam, email the Office of the Registrar. Please include your class name and number and we will inform you of your exam's time and location.
