Approvals
Some classes may be blocked for web registration because they require that you show proof of approval. Check the Directory of Classes to find out if you need instructor or departmental authorization for a class.
Depending on your school and program, you may need one or both of the following approvals:
-
Approval of your advisor and/or class center
-
Approval from the school/department and/or instructor offering the class
If you are not able to register through the web, you must visit the Office of the Registrar to register in person. You must bring a completed Add/Drop form with approval signatures when you register in person.
Holds
You will not be permitted to register if a hold has been placed on your student account. To find out if you have a registration hold, check Holds on SSOL.
Late Registration
You must register for at least one course before the start of the term in order to avoid being charged a late registration fee.
For more information about registration, contact your school or department.
